Alex Curran was spotted out for lunch with friends yesterday - minus her engagement and wedding rings.

The WAG, who is married to football ace Steven Gerrard, looked deep in thought as she arrived at Liverpool's Neighbourhood Cafe to meet a friend.

The 27-year-old looked stylishly casually in a white top, cardigan and jeans, but detracted from her trendy ensemble by seemingly attempting to hide her bare ring finger.

After enjoying a relaxing meal, Alex travelled home in the £175,000 Aston Martin bought for her by husband Steven.

However, Alex’s spokesperson insisted the missing rings meant nothing.

He said: ‘Alex took the ring off for the day. There is no significance.’

Despite missing her £75,000 wedding ring and £30,000 diamond engagement ring, Alex still managed to look effortlessly chic.

An onlooker told the Daily Star: ‘Even with her hair tied back and very little make-up, she still managed to look really glamorous.’

Alex and Steven married in a luxurious wedding ceremony in Buckinghamshire in 2007. They have two daughters, six-year-old Lilly-Ella and four-year-old Lexie.

She's often pictured pouting, or turning her head away from the cameras, but Nicola Roberts had a wide smile on her face as she stepped out last night.

She certainly has every reason to be happy - she has made it onto a list of Britain's top ten richest young musicians.

Nicola owes her fortune to the reality TV show Popstars: The Rivals, which created Girls Aloud.

She nearly missed out on her big chance when she was eliminated before the final stage.

But another contestant pulled out of the show after objecting to the contract, and Nicola returned, winning a place in the band.

The band is currently on a hiatus, which was initially meant to last a year.

Keane is in good company - she joins new Ultimo model Kelly Brook, who was unveiled as the new face of the firm in March.

The former Miss Ireland contestant enthused: 'The lingerie is so beautiful. I've always been a big fan and the new summer designs are stunning.

'I had so much fun on the shoot and I'm delighted with the results.'

The size 8 blonde quickly regained her trim figure after giving birth to son Robert last year, after gaining two stone while pregnant.

She insisted she didn't hit the gym or resort to dieting to lose the baby weight, she was fortunate enough that it fell away naturally.

Despite her tanned, trim physique and blonde hair, Keane isn't a typical WAG and has a first class degree in economics and finances from University College Dublin.

But her career has taken a back seat in recent years for motherhood and supporting her husband as he moves from club to club.

Robbie is currently on loan to Celtic from Tottenham Hotspurs, where he returned last year after just six months at Liverpool FC.

With Robbie due to return to the north London club at the end of the season, Claudine admitted she wouldn't mind if he followed David Beckham to LA Galaxy.

She said: 'Would I like to see him play for a team like LA Galaxy? Yes, I would love that, but it changes all the time.'

The couple married in Dublin in June 2008 after dating since their schooldays.

Claudine gave birth to their son Robert on 10 May 2009.

Jennifer Lopez was left red-faced as she was shown her first ever TV appearance - as a dancer auditioning for MC Hammer.

The 40-year-old singer and actress blushed and held her head in her hands as a clip from 1990 was shown on George Lopez's Lopez Tonight Show.

Holding her head in her hands, and covering her face in embarrassment, she screamed: 'That was so mean'

'That's so hysterical. That's MC Hammer, he was not even known then.'

Jennifer was seen gyrating and dancing while dressed in a black cropped top, matching pants and dance tights.

She later explained: 'I was dancing in a dance school in Manhattan and they came for Yo! MTV Raps which was just starting out then.

'They came up and they were like, 'We need a few of your girl dancers for behind them when they are talking.'

'I was like, "Oh yeah, let me get up in there!"

George Lopez added: 'You know the best part? There is no music playing!'

Although she never went on to tour with MC Hammer, Lopez gained her first regular high-profile job as a 'Fly Girl' dancer on the television comedy programme In Living Color - which also starred Jim Carrey - the same year.

She went on to become a backup dancer for Janet Jackson and made an appearance in her 1993 video That's the Way Love Goes.

On Wednesday night the singer and actress was happy to be upstaged on the Hollywood red carpet by Nubbins the dog, who appears alongside her in the new rom com, The Back-Up Plan.

The 39-year-old, who was dressed in a striking one-shoulder Gianfranco Ferré frock, posed with the adorable Boston Terrier before later being joined by her husband Marc Anthony.

Dressed in their normal clothes, Kidman, 42, and Aniston, 41, looked like a pair of typical luvvies as they put on over-the-top display of friendship.

Clutching their scripts, the two women gesticulated and jumped around as director Dennis Dugan and co-star Adam Sandler watched them in action.
Looking fresh-faced with her hair scraped back into a loose ponytail, Kidman looked laidback in a yellow dress with low-slung brown belt.
Her new co-star Aniston was equally casual in a pair of cropped khaki trousers and a black vest.
The rehearsals marked the first time Kidman has been on location of the film, with Aniston and Sandler spotted filming scenes on Hawaii's Maui island earlier this week.
The size of Kidman's role in the film in currently unclear, with some Hollywood sources saying it would only be a cameo.
Despite the smallness of the role, the film's location of Hawaii would be a draw for Kidman who was born on the U.S. island before her parents brought her back to Australia when she was four years old.

She works out regularly with celebrity fitness expert Tracy Anderson, who coaches her through yoga, pilates and runs.
Jennifer also 'eats really well' but does 'indulge' occasionally - by celebrity standards at least.

Soaking up the sun on a deserted beach, Kelly Brook looks like she couldn't be happier to be stranded in exotic climes.

Spending a few days longer at a faraway beach resort than planned due to the flight delays caused by the Icelandic volcanic, the 30-year-old beauty made the most of the sunshine.

Wearing a pink string bikini, the model showed off her hourglass figure as she enjoyed a cooling dip in the sea.

With a freelance job as a model and actress and access to plenty of disposable income to cover the spiralling cost of extended holidays, Brook is obviously not in the same desperate need to get home as many of other Brits.

As she spent the day on the beach alone, Brook enjoyed a swim in the sea before getting engrossed in M Scott Peck's The Road Less Travelled.

Missing out on all the fun was her rugby star boyfriend Danny Cipriani, who is preparing for his big move Down Under to play for the Melbourne Rebels.

Brook is planning to follow Cipriani to Australia, splitting her time between London and Melbourne.

Cipriani told the Mail On Sunday's Live magazine earlier this month: 'I’m really excited that Kelly’s coming with me. Leaving her wasn’t an option.

'Our pug Rocky is coming too. We’ve put him in quarantine and got him his own passport.'

Brook and Cipriani started dating in September 2008, just weeks after she ended her four year relationship with American actor Billy Zane.

While the couple are evidently serious about each other, toyboy Cipriani, 22, isn't quite ready to settle down.

He said: 'We're happy as we are at the moment.

'All she cares about is whether I'm happy. She's been amazing about me moving (to Australia). And she's going to help me settle in and spend as much time there as she can.'

Brook has been a frequent visitor to Los Angeles in recent months as she plans to the release of her next film role in Piranha 3D.

Explaining the film, she said: 'It's just a big, fun B-movie - lots of boobs, blood, gore and drama. I don't think I'll be getting any Oscars for it.

'In Piranha, there's lots of cool people. It's about a lot of fish that eat a lot of buff boys and big-boobied girls. It's all set during spring break.

'I'd love to do more films. I really enjoy it. I love working in Los Angeles, and I like working on films.'
