Chelsea Handler is having quite the year: She hosted the VMAs, is possibly hooking up with 50 Cent, and just landed a new comedy series on E!. The show will be called After Lately, and will be a 30-minute behind-the-scenes look at her talk show, Chelsea Lately, reports CNN.

The show won't be scripted. Instead, loose outlines will lend plenty of space for her and the crew to fire off hilarious off-the-cuff comments and throw in some spontaneous debauchery.
The wise-cracks are already coming from Ms. Handler, who said in an interview: "The show is a behind-the-scenes look at what happens at our office when the cameras are off… A perfect platform for people who have no business being on camera."
The show is slated for an initial 8 episodes and will reportedly start in a few weeks.
