She has a packed weekend ahead of her, including yoga, surfing lessons, hikes, lunches, VIP dinners and cocktail parties,' a source close to the singer told Life & Style magazine as she arrived in Hawaii.

Despite announcing the split last week, the couple have actually been separated for a few months now after being married for five years.

Aguilera told People magazine: 'Although Jordan and I are separated, our commitment to our son Max remains as strong as ever.'

According to the divorce documents, a prenuptial agreement between the couple is in place.

The petition also seeks to terminate music marketing executive Bratman’s ability to get spousal support and requests joint physical and legal custody of their son.
